In every person lies a story yearning to be told, a narrative that often goes unheard, trapped behind walls of fear and doubt. As a holistic psychotherapist, I provide a space where these stories can safely unfold and your truths can be shared without the weight of judgment. I weave ancient wisdom practices, such as somatic African healing and storytelling techniques, with modern psychotherapy practices to focus on trauma recovery and personal growth. I integrate ACT with these ancient practices to create my own personal style that honors individual experiences and stories.
As a woman of color who values honesty, my work is dedicated to supporting diverse and underrepresented communities as they navigate life in all its forms. I am passionate about working on cultural adjustment, anxiety, mental health, and postpartum healing. My exposure to multiple cultures has given me invaluable insights into the challenges of cultural adjustment. I understand the struggles that come with anxiety, the complexities of mental health, as well as postpartum healing. I mindfully incorporate cultural humility into my practice, creating a judgment-free and safe space for all.
If you are ready to take that healing journey together, we will explore your story, clarify your values, and take meaningful action in a secure, culturally relevant space where your healing is honored, and your voice is never too much and never not enough.
