The IFS workshop has continued to show me the power of educating my people about their parts and nervous systems.

Here is the office that the magical ladies from the Nest will be using. We are set up for Breathwork + Esoteric Acupuncture with a massage table and everything. Yesterday was the Fall Equinox retreat. I collaborated with @jesgracesoundwellness and @_

It takes a village for us to heal and I absolutely love collaborating with other women to create real and lasting change. I am hosting the Fall Equinox retreat Monday. These retreats are so special. They have showed me what collaboration in real time

I have been thinking a lot about truth + evolution lately. The more I heal, the more I am perplexed with how hard our culture works to avoid the truth. Like working really, really hard. It's so much energy and work! These waters are much more interes

I have been loving incorporating somatic and IFS techniques into my EMDR sessions for the last couple of years. I really feel combining these modalities have created faster yet deeper results with EMDR.

Afterall, our protector parts have to give us

Here is a photo from the first week of our KAP circle. It is an 8 week intensive that begins with intentions and ends with integration. I always start these series with intention setting rituals and circle time so that the women attending can connect

I love my liittle office. It feels like a cozy womb space where woman can really heal and live a life aligned with their values. I learn so much from each of my clients as they courageously face their shadows.

Women are amazing and I feel so honored

There are still a few spots open for the Fall Equinox Mabon Retreat. I am so excited that we have a special visitor from Hawaii @jesgracesoundwellness coming to guide a yoga and sound healing practice.
