IFS Workbook Workshop
At Transform the Nest we invite you into a grounded and courageous community container where we will walk together through The Internal Family Systems Workbook: A Guide to Discover Your Self and Heal Your Parts by Richard C. Schwartz, using the powerful lens of the IFS model. In this group, we embrace the truth that inside each of us lives a rich and alive “inner family” of parts—some wounded, some protective, some unseen—and that healing arises when our core Self leads with compassion, curiosity, and connection.
We will gather in a spirit of vulnerability, mutual witnessing, and relational depth. You’ll have the chance to lean into your own internal landscape, explore the parts that show up, and often show up in relationship to others, and deepen your capacity for self-leadership, resilience, and compassion. At the same time, you’ll be in a circle of peers doing similar work: showing up with humility, honoring our parts together, and holding space for one another’s journeys.
Whether you’re new to IFS or have some familiarity, whether you’ve done this work alone or longed for a community to help hold your parts, this group offers a safe place to experience your parts: a place where you can bring your whole self—mind, body, spirit—and find reflection, challenge, compassion, and support. We’ll move through the workbook’s exercises, discuss our discoveries, lean into practice, and hold what arises with integrity and heart.

This 12 week group will include guided meditations, guided IFS work, partner sharing and group work. It will be hosted by Riley Thomas and Adrin Gelvin.
Registration & Investment:
The cost of this group is $75/ group. You are responsible for attending all groups in the name of continuity and community. There are some payment options.
If you register before 2026, you will save $200 for paying for all groups up front. If you would like to have a 3 month payment plan, you will save $150. After 2026, the total cost for all 12 groups will be $750. We anticiapte this workshop filling up so please sign up soon if interested!
