You are invited to join an online community, where we can learn about our parts and practice IFS skills through The Internal Family Systems Workbook: A Guide to Discover Your Self and Heal Your Parts by Richard C. Schwartz, using the IFS model.
What to Expect
This 8 week online group will include guided meditations, experiential parts practices and group sharing to help you learn more about your parts in community with others.
Conveniently scheduled online for the a lunchtime online gathering.
Participants are expected to read through each chapter prior to attending the group. In each group, we will review the chapter and create a experiential container for the practices offered. Participants are encouraged to read No Bad Parts prior to attending the group so they can have a basic understanding of IFS and parts work.

The cost of this group is $65/ group. RMHP/NHP Medicaid Accepted.
You are responsible for attending all groups in the name of continuity and community. There are some payment options. You may purchase all 8 sessions and receive a $25 discount.
